Clients expressly understand and accept that the confidentiality of shared information is paramount, and Alpine Integrity is committed to not disclosing or sharing any provided data with external entities. While Alpine Integrity implements security measures to protect client information, clients expressly acknowledge that the company cannot be held liable for any financial losses, and the use of our services is at the client's own risk. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and must promptly notify Alpine Integrity of any changes. Intellectual property related to Alpine Integrity's services remains the ownership of Alpine Integrity. All content created by Alpine Integrity, including but not limited to content on the Alpine Integrity website, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, documents, and files, is protected by international copyright laws, trademarks, and other applicable intellectual property laws. This protection extends to anything created by Alpine Integrity, published by Alpine Integrity, or any documents or files produced by Alpine Integrity, regardless of whether they are displayed on our website or not. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content, including logos, slogans, and other proprietary materials, is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Alpine Integrity. Legal measures, including but not limited to legal action and seeking damages, may be taken against individuals or entities who violate these intellectual property rights. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be governed by applicable laws. Before engaging with any of our services at Alpine Integrity, clients must sign a standardized agreement known as the client contract, which outlines the terms and conditions of the service engagement and specifies the chosen service. Upon signing this contract, clients enter into a contractual agreement with Alpine Integrity. We prioritize transparency and collaboration in the development of these contracts, ensuring that both parties have a clear understanding of their respective roles and responsibilities. Additionally, as part of the engagement process, clients are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to prevent them from unlawfully sharing our intellectual property. This NDA underscores our commitment to protecting the confidentiality and proprietary nature of our intellectual property and investment insights. Before entering our services, clients must sign both the client contract and the NDA, thereby agreeing to our general terms and conditions.
